Skating & Hockey Lessons – Adults

Adult lessons are great for improving your confidence on the ice while learning skating skills. Adult lessons start by working on posture and balance leading up to a more comfortable learn to skate experience.

Recreation Oak Bay offers a variety of levels for you to maximize your on-ice learning potential.

CSA approved helmets and gloves are strongly recommended. Helmets are available at no charge from the skate shop.

Recreation Oak Bay also offers private one-on-one skating, hockey and figure skating instruction with our qualified skating staff. Lessons are 30 minutes for $26.50 or $119 for 5, 30 minute classes and $212 for 10. Lessons are offered on Mondays between 3:45-5:15pm and Saturday morning between 9-10:30am from September to April (select times are also offered in the summer months).
