Recreation Oak Bay is upgrading the strength training equipment.

During the installation of the new equipment the studios will be Closed During the Following Dates:

Henderson Recreation Centre Fitness Studio closed from July 2 to July 4

During this period your annual and/or monthly passes will be accepted at other CRD facilities.

 Sports Drop-In: Badminton/Table Tennis

Teen and Adult Badminton Social
All levels are welcome - players aged 13-15 years must be accompanied by an adult unless PacificSport Badminton programs have been completed.

Badminton Social*
Drop-in for a variety of levels from beginner to advanced play. The focus is on fun! Bring your own racquet - we provide the birdies.

Advanced Play Badminton*
For intermediate and advanced level players ready to take their game to the next level.

Table Tennis*
A fun, social night, while working on agility, fitness and strategy. Bring your own paddles.

*Participants must be 15 years or over for these programs.
