you shouldn’t – so that you enjoy sustained
energy at work and still have plenty left over for the
gym or an evening with family and friends. More

Families... Feeding the family is both art
and science. Children who eat family meals together

higher academic achievement.
This seminar discusses label reading, meal planning
and offers loads of tips that will inspire you to take
your family’s nutrition to the next level. This
session is designed for parents of children up to 12

the redevelopment of the Oak Bay Recreation Centre, there
is an opportunity to celebrate the people focus of the Recreation
Centre and have an individual or organization's name show
as a lasting legacy of support for this community facility.
As part of the redevelopment, the new lobby features a stylized
Recognition Tree that showcases the generosity of donors toward
the newly renovated centre. Levels
of Donation:
For
donations of $100 or more, donors can have their names engraved
on stylized leaves and receive an oak leaf lapel pin. All
donations are tax deductible. Donations of less than $100
